AIG RiskTool Advantage is a vocational e-learning App that that enables trainees to undertake interactive video training courses anywhere and anytime. The benefits of this e-Learning App are - trainees can: - Undertake training anywhere and time that suits them - Access information at the moment of need - i.e. as they are undertaking the job / as a reference tool - Instantly share their vocational training records with 3rd parties This App integrates with an online web learning management system (LMS) that contains a large libraries of online video courses. Via this App trainees can select and download training programmes and take them on their phone or tablet device. Their end of course results are then automatically synced with the online learning management system enabling employers to monitor the progress of individual trainees. Trainees can also access their training records (certificates) and show these to 3rd parties
